Just to clarify, It's taking 5-7 seconds to setup the audio path for the call but after that there is no delay in the audio?
The phones are on a LAN or are they over the Internet? This is probably irrelevant but MTS in Manitoba is not using National 2 unless you got your PRI from Allstream before the merger.
