Here were the parts that jumped out at (paraphrased):

Bell is investing $100M in Clearwire Corp., and NR Communications
(both McCraw companies).

Bell Canada will be Clearwire's exclusive partner managing their VoIP
services in the United States.

Through NR Com, Bell becomes a partner in the Inukshuk Joint Venture
with Microcell (now a division of Rogers) for providing wireless
broadband services. Inukshuk holds licences for radio spectrum that
cover most of canada.

And lastly, Bell Canada is planning to launch it's own VoIP
residential service later this year. I would speculate that this would
happen in tandem with the official public launch of their "Naked DSL"
service around September.
