Funny that you mention that - there is a book coming out by O'Reilly purely about Asterisk. Its called, "Asterisk: The Future of Telephony" by your very own Jim Van Meggelen and myself (in concert with Jared Smith, but I don't believe he's on this list). >From what I've seen of the Switching to VoIP, it has a lot of Asterisk stuff in it and apparently complements our book quite well.
