Hi, new to the list... please excuse me if these questions have been asked a million times already (we can't find the answers w/Google).
Our in-house Asterisk system is almost ready to go, just a few glitches to work out. We're using [EMAIL PROTECTED] v2.1 on CentOS 4.2 using Digium TDM400 w/4 FXO modules... 1) CLID is not being picked up on incoming calls... - can't figure out where/how to set delay before answering - system is currently picking up on less than 2 full rings 2) After hours is not processing properly... - appears to be setup properly within AMP - no override settings in place - always answers using business hours prompts 3) How to setup user with phone in office/softphone at home? - most users in the office have a Polycom 501 - when they go home, want to use a softphone (XLite or ??) - can both phones be signed into the same extension at the same time? - if not... how do you handle this?? Any guidance on these issues?? Thanks so much, Doug
