What do you have for a BT dongle? The Linksys BT101 seems to have an issue
with XP and 2k where if the headset comes and goes, you have about a 50%
chance of having your transmitted audio "scrambled". (the other side
describes it as a full-volume constant screaming into the headset noise. Not
pleasant.) I've used the Motorola HS810, 850 and the Treo-branded headset
and they all do this, so that is why I'm suspecting it's the dongle. The
only way to clear it is to pull the dongle out and put it back in, and you
have normal transmitted audio again. It's using the Linksys-provided BT
stack, not the XP-provided one (the XP one doesn't seem to work with the
dongle).

yes DIAX is pretty decent, albeit butt-ugly. Mind you I like its interface
far better than xlite. Good lord do I hate skinned applications!
