Jim sent me this off-list (and said it's OK to forward).
Basically it's an expensive rack-mount unit that converts
"60 models" of proprietary telephone sets including NorStar
and Meridian (that's probably 10 or 15 of the models right
there) into SIP phones.

Not cost-effective at present for less that about 16 handsets,
but interesting (and hopefully the cost will fall, before the
company does :-)).  Does work with Asterisk.
