cut for your public broadcast...  I don't know it for certain, but I 
know it works that way in Australia (where I cut my teeth on MoH for
PBXs).  It falls under the same scope as bars having to pay a different
rate for their satellite TV or cable, because they are going to be
publicly displaying the resulting signal in a commercial environment.

In reality, I don't think anyone is going to care, unless you happen to
be CIBC or someone else with deep pockets, but if you want to play it 
safe you should be using a royalty free piece from a file.

I just called the good folks at Jazz FM (91.1) a great station!
They have no problem with anyone using their station for MOH (broadcast 
or stream)
