I'd have to suggest that the Digium dev kit is a good way to go.
 
There's a lot of other things that would work equally well, and you might
even be able to save some money (using say a Sipura 3000), but I would argue
that the Digium kit will get you up and running the most painlessly, and
it'll always be useful to you, no matter what else you might do. Using SIP
ATAs and such will be a bit steeper learning curve.

need buy some hardware to support my phone.  Any suggestion?  One FXO, FXS
