it's an issue to my users who are complaining about getting a bunch of
empty voicemail messages every day.  My $50 answering machine at home
can handle this, I expect my  (considerbaly more complex) Sangoma card
to deal with it properly as well.

As far as Bell not providing CPD for 15 seconds, I don't hear people
with Digium cards complaining about this problem (not that the Digium
cards are without issues), so it seems that it's something unique to
the Sangoma A200 card.
