As many of us get payed by the hour, I recommend that the CRTC actually
do something useful (for once)
and regulate that we can bill Rogers or Bell Canada for the time spent
listening to there lame excuses
about "how you are so valuable to them as a customer", but due to the
unexpected response of their lastest
money grapping service they can't talk to you for the next 40 minutes.
These two companies have managed to redefine
the meaning of "Help" and "Service" in modern english. Presumably , Ted
Rogers doesn't have cable either.
But its a nice day so get out there and remember this ...
