How is the T1 connected to the 2600 then? There should be a WIC-1T module in there if the smartjack plugs into the 2600 directly. > So assuming that I cant do anything with the 2600 what other router > would you recommend that can perform QOS If you cannot use the 2600 to do this I would suggest getting rid of it outright and going the Sangoma T1 card + linux box route so that you have as much control over the outgoing packet stream as possible, and be able to police the incoming packet stream as much as can be allowed. Honestly though that 2600 should be able to handle what you're looking for with ease. I would recommend getting it set up to do that, and seeing if you can get Allstream to put similar QoS rules in on their end to make that connection *shine*.
