The VLAN settings are in the DHCP menu, disabled by default
They can take fixed values (128, 144, 157, 191) or custom.
If you use custom, you can assign the custom option of 128 to 255, with
129 being the default. 

This really only seems useful if your VLANs change a lot, there is no
way that I have found to tell the phone to use a specific VLAN right
away from DHCP.

If you have 1000 phones, you'll still need to either set the VLAN
manually, or set it from the DHCP menu.
