Hi Tom, no I haven't heard anything back from Sangoma regarding this
problem, nor have I been able to fix it myself.. I'm going to send
another message to them and find out what's going on.. Incidentally, I
just ran into another problem with my A200 card - it seems that it
just stopped answering on channels 2,3, and 4 (it would, however,
still pickup on channel 1). I fixed this by restarting asterisk and
the wanrouter, but of course I had no idea that we had only one
channel answering until a user called and asked why our phone system
kept ringing through. I'd really like to figure out why this is
happening, since it's unacceptable for a production phone system..
I'll have to find out what Sangoma has to say about this (I tried
calling their tech support number, but there was no answer).
