Faxing through a TDM400P is problematic, at least the last time I tried. There is some strange timing problem that I've not had time to really dive in to, but it may have been fixed since I was actively working on it (about a year ago now). Faxing over PRI works just fine. I use app_rxfax and app_txfax along with spandsp without too much issue. The trick is to make ABSOLUTELY sure that your libtiff is the version you think it is.
