Hello Wojtek:

Requirements are quite simple.

1. Have 25 Telephone Trunks (Physical or VOIP based)
2. Issue calling cards, increments of $5. eg: $5, $10, $15, $20, $25
3. Each printed calling card has a GTA Access Number (905, 416, 647)
4. Each printed card has a PIN number (9-12 digits)
5. Each printed card has an expiry of 90 days
6. Ability to recharge the cards, specific to the pin number
7. Ability to authenticate a client with his Caller ID (Cell phone, or home)
8. Ability to provide a web front end to customers to check their balance
and/or recharge
9. Ability to insert the lowest call routes, based on the data provided to me
by a number of contracted carriers.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Reza.
