I found out what the competition means by Digium cards being inefficient. 
Their phone cards (proprietary) have P4 processors built it.  Therefore, you 
COULD run the server on a PII bacause the phone cards are doing most of 
the work. This is probably why Windows 2003 server works well for this 
server.  The cards would take away programming flexibility though wouldn't 
they?  Software is easier to update that firmware.
