Thanks Andrew. I really appreciate the time you took on this one. I'll have to 
consider it all.  I'm sure its an eye-opener for a few of us. No, I don't have 
a 
lot of experience with Asterisk, but I've used @home enough to see that * is 
definitely a reliable platform if the bugs are sufficiently eradicated.  That's 
about all of the time I've had for it due to the diverse nature of my job so 
support will be important.

I did "call" that salesman on the T1 troubles along with some other 
questions.  No reply as of yet. I expect they will be hashing out some sort of 
reply. This should be good....

Flexibility: That's the key to this, isn't it?  I think I figured that out 
also. At 
least I'm not the only one trying to point that out.

I noticed you have faxing working.  Can someone comment on how well that 
functions?  I don't think that Aheeva is supporting faxing currently.

This would be  a great resource if we get to the next stage. Who can I 
lookup or call in MTL when I'm on vacation? I wouldn't bug you too much. I 
need the time away from here.
