In my experience, one way audio, especially lack of inbound audio is almost always a firewall issue.
If you can, remove the firewall from the equation, for example by moving the client inside the firewall for testing. If the problem goes away then you know for certain its a firewall issue. However, this does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with the firewall itself, your settings on either the client or the server could be wrong.
