I decided to go IAX to avoid NAT issues with SIP. We are using Windows XP as
our client.

Idefisk Biz softphone from asteriskguru.com

Using USB Plantronics DSP-400 headsets

WinXP has QoS setting on TCP/IP but I have no idea if it does anything.

It seems to work fine, but not perfect, and the vendor is very responsive to
adding new features and in our case gave us a beta release to fix a problem we
identified in less than 24 hours.
