Hi Abjin,As Alex recomended I would also highly suggest contacting Sangoma, I
recently installed an A200 card that had a few problems and they were great
taking the time to log in and work on the problem. One thing that I noticed
when calling to an A200 card at home was if other phones (regular non-voip
phones) were on the same CAT 3 network then I would not see anything occur on
Asterisk even though everything was running. What I had to do was connect the
Asterisk box to the main incomming line in the basement. Not sure what
configuration you have, but for me I have a bell line that comes in from the
outside and goes into a patch panel. Before it reaches the patch panel it goes
through an outlet where I can disconnet the line going to the patch panel and
connect asterisk directly to the line from the outside. Also what version of
asterisk, linux kernel, and wanpipe drivers are you running? I had problems
with Linux kernel 2.6.17 with wanpipe drivers pre-beta6 i think it was. I was
forced to use kernel 2.6.15 and drivers beta4 as I was getting CallerID
problems. Also there was a problem in asterisk 1.2.10 where the 3rd event in
asterisk would cause it to crash. Check the website as David from Sangoma said
he would place the fix on the website. Hope that helps-- Jag Basrai> From:
