I am not behind the NAT and I even tried with disabling the firewall but no luck

Some searching on voip-info.org will give you lots of info on troubleshooting this. 2) as for the missing ringback, this is probably indicative of the problem 1. You don't have a working audio stream to your VOIP provider and so they're playing the ringback but your caller isn't hearing it. You can cheat this by placing an 'r' option in the dial command but I don't think it's the root of your problem. Take a look at those things and let us know if that solves it.
