OK, I have a dialplan challenge that I've been trying to wrap my head around, and it just gets ugly.
The customer wants any calls to 911 to always go through, even if all circuits are in use. Where it gets ugly is that there is one type of call that cannot get disconnected, and that is another 911 call already in progress (not as far-fetched as you might think). The challenge is that I would like to tell asterisk to pick a line in the main outgoing group (G1). If the group has no free lines, softhangup a line from the group and use it (unless that line is already on a 911 call).
