Would it be possible to change the call transfer from # to let's say ##? I'll tell you where the problem is.
My "Asterisk Dial command options" are set to Trt to allow call transfer. Also the Outbound Dial Command options are set to: rt. However I would like Trt here too, so I can transfer a calls I made if I need to. The problem is, that many other systems are set to "If you know your party's extension number press the # key now!" If I press # I can hear my own system trying to transfer me. So, If I could set the transfer to ## instead of # I think that would solve these problems. Or would it? Your help is much appreciated.
