If all you're trying to do is rebuild zaptel, Trixbox comes with a command that will do that for you: rebuild_zaptel.
If you find that you actually do need the Kernel dev stuff, you will need to install it as the latest version of Trixbox does not come with these files. Use "yum -y install kernel-dev" (without the quotes) to install the kernel development package. I found somewhere that I needed to rebuild the Zaptel drivers. So I set out to do so As part of the instructions I needed to navigate to the [/usr/src/kernels/] directory hmmm Hines my problem, I can not find this directory, In my /user/src directory I have the fallowing sub-directory's a2billing freepbx-2.1.2 sipsak-0.8.11 zaptel asterisk-perl-0.08 nwebmail-0.1.80 xplast zaptel-1.2.5.tar.gz freepbx redhat xplhub I will get to the fixing the original problem later but for now. where is the Kernels directory it seems to be in the same place for everyone else but me. How do I locate the Kernels directory Thanks...
