Hi Anthony,
 
It sounds like you are having DTMF problems.
Depending on the codec your provider is using you need to fiddle with
the DTMF mode on the trunk where the call is coming in.

I can not seem to get pass the IVR
I have it setup so that once you press 1 it will ring my extension.
I test this with the code 7777 and all works fine I hear my greeting I
press 1 and I get transferred to my extension perfect... 
however if I call from an external line I get to the IVR I hear the
greeting but it does not accept any inputs its as if it does not hear
any keys being pressed.
I have tried from a cell phone and a land line both with the same
results. the greeting plays and I press my keys but nothing then after
the time limit it times out and disconnects. 

does anyone have any help on this?
