I am not sure if my problem falls into this category. I have a linksys
SPA3102 on Trixbox 1.2.
If I call in on the PSTN which the SPA3102 is connected to and hangup during
the Trixbox Greeting. It does not detect the hangup / Disconnect tone and
the line stays open but in my case the disconnected call goes to my voice
mail extension which then records about 3 mins of the fast disconnected tone
before the mail box is full (about 3 mins) and then finally disconnects.
other times it just stays connected for about a minute and a half before
disconnecting.
I am not sure if the problem is with either my SPA3102 or the Trixbox but
one of them is not detecting this tone.
If I enable Detect PSTN Long Silence on the SPA3102 then I get disconnect
when I get placed on hold by anyone without some kind of hold music or
beeps. I have played around with the duration of the silence but it ends up
defeating the cause as i have to set it to a high number to be effective.
Does anyone have a solutions to this problem?

I have tried everything. The only way we are ever going to solve this
problem is to detect the off-hook warning tone.
Here is the spec for N/America :
1400 Hz, 2060 Hz, 2450 Hz, and 2600 Hz, at a cadence of 0.1s on, 0.1s off.
If anyone can code * to hang up a zap channel on this tone I would be most
grateful (and so would a lot of other people)
(This is definately a three beer bounty)
