Check your Zaptel file for some idea... span=1,1,0,esf,b8zs So, ESF, and B8ZS is the normal North America settings.
Digits is usually how many incoming digits they send you, we get 4, so I see "1484" when people dial our main number, some people prefer to get all 7 or 10 digits on their line. If you're not sure, just ask the provisioner what they usually do. For Channels hunting, it's up to you, I have our calls come in Sequentially ascending. So call 1 goes to Channel 1, Call 2 to channel 2. Outgoing calls go Sequentially descending, so 23, 22, 21 etc... Hope this helps.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------- I apologize, but to proceed I need the following technical information: Protocol (Ni-1 or Ni-2) Line Coding (AMI or B8ZS) Line Framing (D4, ESF, or SF) Type of System (is it a PBX?) Outpulse Digits (how many) Do you want the channels to hunt asequentially? </quote> Thank you, -steve --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
