Greetings list!, Up until now I've been successfully running an asterisk box for a local call center. Recently we have decided to move from an analog line to a digital PRI line. I've purchased the TE207P card under the impression that it works with North American PRI technology. After purchasing the card our Telco has come back with a few questions that I'm hoping someone in the list could shed some light on.
Here is their questions, I'm not very familiar with PRI and could use some help to decipher some of the terminology: <quote> I apologize, but to proceed I need the following technical information: Protocol (Ni-1 or Ni-2) Line Coding (AMI or B8ZS) Line Framing (D4, ESF, or SF) Type of System (is it a PBX?) Outpulse Digits (how many) Do you want the channels to hunt asequentially? </quote> Thank you, -steve
