But you can be the first on your block to say you have "upgraded" to
VoIP service.

Seriously their Bell Digital Voice (Henry's option #2) is geared at
exactly that type of individual. Some people will pay more for a
service, car, you-name-it just for bragging rights to be first on the
block.

I agree it has the potential to be better quality VoIP because Bell will
have more control over the IP portion from their backbone to your CO.
However, unless they start providing immensely valuable applications on
their platform that the customer can only gain access to through their
service I don't see why you would take VoIP that doesn't deliver the
generic, standards-based interface layer to your premise.
