I haven't noticed a setting for that. Should it be in the Northbridge or Southbridge settings? I gather by "fail-safe mode" you mean BIOS defaults. I'm not very familiar with these Xeon motherboards yet. I'll have to check for these tomorrow when I'm on-site again.

One guys from BSDCan says its a flaw on Intel processors! Eeeshhhh...... Would that be why we're getting more channel breakup than usual?

Did you disable HyperThreading in the BIOS? Or use "fail-safe mode" settings?
