Phew! I finally got Menuselect to work.
My stubborness paid-off for a cheezy menu program.
Because i was running menuselect from the menuselect
directory, the program would try to find
menuselect-tree in the same directory when it was
actually located in the parent directory asterisk.
So from command prompt in the asterisk directory, I
typed:
#./menuselect/./menuselect
