Hook up PDA/cell to Asterisk with callback

Hi,
 
I have an unlimited incoming call plan from Telus and would like to do a
callback to my cell or PDA (if I need to buy one) to gain access to the
internet.
Have anyone done this before?  Not really sure if this will work!!
