How can you have a Windows voip client 'without a computer'? :) Could always use an ata and an answering machine/phone combo, but that's not very asterisk-ie obviously.

We only want them direct into the VoIP trunk. No Asterisk involved in this case. As well, similarly, does a physical phone exists that does the same? I have a client in Mexico that has HighSpeed into a building they have... they want to have Toronto phone numbers/phones... preferably without an Asterisk server OR a computer needed.
