Hi Everyone,

We have a customer who is concerned about stability on their system. We
have had cases in the past where lines have refused to take calls. From
Asterisk the lines looked unused and there were no indication that
Asterisk was seeing any activity on the dead lines. Those cases were
resolved via a driver upgrade which subsequently has been causing system
hangs every month or so. They are gun shy and are looking for a way to
actively monitor the health of their analog ports. This is something
that I would like to put in place at other customers too.

The customer in question uses a Sangoma A200, but other similar
customers use the Digium TDM400.

Does anyone know of a way, outside of Asterisk, to monitor the health of
those devices?
