None that I've really seen. There is /proc/zaptel but on analog interfaces it really doesn't say much, and when I've personally seen Zap interfaces act up the driver thinks everything's fine, so it wouldn't help anyway. zttool is a libnewt-based utility that you can twiddle some the Zap driver bits with, but I'm not sure how useful it'd be on analog... it's more meant for monitoring ABCD bits on CAS T1s. -A.
