First, let me say that I just went through the assessment of the * intended to replace our current system with the major stakeholders and I am happy to report They are all IN!
So here I am trying to think a step ahead of the next feature request they will toss at me and looking for a little advise. Right now we have internal phones registering with * and these phones don't get shut off or taken outside the building. Now when the user goes home and fires up a new extension I want it to replace the current ext =>SIP/123 with the ext they just lit up. I was thinking maybe giving them an ext like 1233 which if they dial that makes a change to the extentions.conf file and does a reload. Again - just a thought and looking for some input. Cheers Roy
