You can have them use the same extension.

Remember the "extension" is still abstracted from the set by the
sip/iax.conf file. You can have SIP/Dave_Desk and SIP/Dave_Home as
independent devices.

Then Dial(SIP/Dave_Desk&SIP/Dave_Home) to ring them both. If the one at
home isn't plugged in & registered it will just get ignored.

Of course you can come up with a cool macro or put the elements into a
DB so it knows who has multiple devices and which ones relate to whom.
