Hi all,
I have an SPA-2102 connected to a Nortel phone system. I have an issue
where I'm hearing duplicate (and sometimes triplicate) DTMF tones on
both ends. That is, duplicate from a Nortel phone or from the caller.
Both incoming and outgoing calls are going through Unlimitel. I've
specified dtmfmode to use rfc2833 on the trunk.
Between the SPA-2102 and Asterisk, I've tried switching dtmfmode between
rfc2833 (avt), info, and inband with no luck. Also, we're using
firmware 3.3.6 on the SPA-2102.
Any thoughts on what may be causing this?
