A variety of companies offer good service. A lot of us have had good
luck with Unlimitel and Les.net but as always, your mileage may vary
and there are others.

If you are getting into this fresh, then look to a provider that offers
a low entry cost and per/min billing. Once you are establshed, look to
a flat-rate account if volume warrants.

Remember that these rates only apply if a provider is carying the calls
to regular telephones equipment at the destination (termination).

If for instance the party in Yukon also has high-speed, with an Analog
Terminal Adapter (ATA) they could simply be an extension on your server
- eg. extension 200 for you, extension 201 for the Yukon folk, etc.
Under that scenario calls to them will not actually use a provider and
ride on your sunk cost of internet access and be completely free.

(Caveat: this means the Yukon folk can have access to your local phone
lines if a)you have local phone lines or ITSP accounts configured (aka
"your phone bill" and b)you don't overtly disallow this access. This
may be desirable, this may not -- you have to decide depending on the
situation).
