It's also never going to ever return anything useful, I've filed bugs to
try and get code changed but people don't seem to care.

We (e164.org) created the enum CID lookup code in 2004 and haven't
published txt records since about 05 or 06, and instead publish
information as NAPTR records, this happened at the same time asterisk
enum code was changed.
