The free TAUG meeting Synopsis:

"On this special event, Matt Florrell and Reza Mosaddeque Reza have teamed up to
provide a unique presentation.  Reza will be representing TAUG & Matt will be
representing FAUG (Florida Asterisk Users Group) at the IT360 event premises.
Reza is our local Asterisk & ViciDial consultant & founder of Digital Canada
Inc who will be giving a gentle introduction to Asterisk & its capabilities as
we are expecting a lot of new enthusiasts & curious onlookers.

Shortly following, our guest of honour Matt Florell arriving from Florida,
maker of ViciDial (pronounced as Vee-Chee Dial), will be speaking about this
Enterprise Class Call Centre Suite software.  Matt Florell has over ten years
experience in building and managing Contact Center Customer Relationship
Management(CRM) and telephony systems.  He is the President of eflo.net
Consulting in St. Petersburg, Florida

VICIDIAL Call Center Suite is Open Source, and currently in use at over 200
companies in over 30 countries worldwide.  Lets hope Matt also brings some warm
