Hi everyone,
We're having a problem where the external users in a meetme conference are having trouble hearing one another (external users being those who have called in over Zap/PSTN). Those with direct extensions on the system are able to hear everyone in the conference fine. I was told previously that this is "just how it is" with analog lines, but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas. I'm hesitant to play with tx and rxgain values, as the line volume is just fine when callers dial into an extension directly. Zap hardware is a Sangoma A200 with hardware echo can. Any thoughts?
