Hi David

You don't mention setting up any incoming routes
The default (Any CID/Any DID) route must be routed to some action.
In the simplest case it would just ring a "core" process (maybe the
reception) phone, but it could be a queue, an IVR, or a ring group.
If you want an individual line to ring directly a specific phone then you
can either set the incoming DID of the extension or you can configure a
new incoming route with that DID.
You should note that the first method will override the second method.
