Linksys isn't the only company who can't support their wifi phones. I had an issue with my DPH-540 from D-Link. I called in, was bounced between 5 people, and was eventually told, "the issue is likely related to the phone device you are using". When I told them the D-Link product I was calling about WAS a phone, they became very confused, and suggested that I RMA the unit.

Everything started to work after the new fireware was updated from their website. But it was the exact same version as the one came with the phone. The phone was probably not QAed probably...Linksys's 24 hr tech support is based in Philipine. I found that none of the people know this wip330 well enough... Thank you to others who shared their experience too.
