I did something like that in "Trixbox". You can send DIDs to a ring group
The ring group can pre-pend a description like "ABC Company" to the caller
id. The reception phone is the primary phone in the ring group with the
tenant phone(s) as the next call in the hunt group.
The result is that when someone calls the DID, it rings the reception first
with "ABC Company" displayed and if it is not answered goes to the tenants
phone and then to vmail etc.
The is fine for most small tenant applications but if you have a lot of
tenants you should take a look at "Thirdlane" software. They have a great
Asterisk based solution.
