I concur with sonicwall, I have some of them setup with a mitel 3300icp and a teleworker, I have dropped calls, choppy audio and silence on a fibre link

I've never had anything but trouble with Sonicwall devices, however never have a problem with a $40 Linksys router. I have anywhere from 4-6 different SIP phones connected to various providers and servers and never have one way audio issues or incoming call setup issues. It "just works".
