Alex, As per your scenario, it looks like your PAP2 still hasn't registered on Asterisk Server. Check of your two IP ports setup on PAP2. Be aware of the two IP ports' number should is different,that is, one default port number is 5060, another one have to set 5061 or other one you think of. If still doesn't work, see your asterisk log to figure out what's reason caused it on.
