For colo we use Peer1. I've never been down, big, dependable and
reasonable. I know a few weeks ago there were power issues at 151 when a
substation went out. I heard a few of the smaller providers went down,
but we never saw a hickup. I know the suite I'm in hosts Vonage also (
not sure if that is a good recommendation or not )
