Anthony,
Phil is right on needing a few more specifics. Not sure your going to
find a case that easily does both rack and floor mounting. For rack I
have been using is the Antec Take 3 Quiet (
http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=94003 ). Is a bit more
money then some cases but it fit my bill which was smallest rack mount
case which could hold a full height full depth card ( I put dialogic
cards in them ) without resorting to riser cards. Unit has great air
flow and is pretty quiet. I buy mine from Shawn at OTA on college.
