Look strongly at Jim's suggestion. I haven't used the 9112i myself but I like the Aastra product - my favourite is the 9133i because it has real keys w/led's. Biggest issue is your comfort level with them. Make sure you evaluate your selection well so you can support it once you get 200 of them out there.
